- Visit or contact Office of Admissions.
- Get the application materials and
Admission Kit.
- Fill the Application Form provided
with the Admission Kit.
- Submit the Application Form within due
date.
- Enclose following documents with the
admission form:

- Five photographs of size 1" * 1".
- One Photostat copy of National
Identity Card or domicile.
- Two copies of academics records
including mark sheets, degrees, certificates, diplomas, etc., duly
attested by an officer of BS-17 or head of institution registered with
the education department.
- Provisional Certificate from the head
of the Institution, in case result is awaited.
- In case of a private candidate a copy
of Roll No. slip and provisional Certificate duly attested by an officer
of BS-17 or head of institution registered with the education
department.
- Experience Certificate (if
applicable).
- Equivalence certificate from higher
Education Commission of Pakistan in case of foreign applicants.
- Valid Student Visa in case the
applicant is a foreign national.
