Department of Commerce

The Department of Commerce has been established to provide the students with a thorough grasp of basics of commerce and building in them the strong analytical and theoretical knowledge so that they become able to better perform in local and international markets by achieving excellence in their field. Students are encouraged positively and through modern teaching methodologies to quickly gain the pace of the market fluctuations and use their capabilities and abilities to gain success.

The degree programs are designed to help students:

• Understand and critically analyze financial reporting issues and their impact within the framework of the generally accepted accounting Principles;
• Understand the cost and management accounting techniques;
• Understand Banking functions in their respective area of interest.
